ZoomInfo Packages

ZoomInfo doesn’t publish pricing, but we did a bit of digging to find out their costs. While ZoomInfo offers 4 separate pricing tiers with similar features, the company offers packages catering to 3 specific professions — sales, marketing, and HR.

Each package offers the same essential features like people searching, view contact information, integrations with CRM, and other functions. No matter which package you go for, you’ll get access to the same database with over 600 million people.

Free

ZoomInfo designed its free plan to give curious shoppers a taste of the platform. Its most valuable feature is 10 monthly contact reveals, which lets you see specific names, email addresses, and contact numbers.

The free plan also provides up to 300 monthly profile views, but these are limited. You’ll only see a contact’s name, company, and position. ZoomInfo doesn’t give you their contact info, so you’ll need to use your intuition if you want to reach out.

The Free plan’s biggest draw is the search function, which allows you to find different companies and individuals. Using this is a solid tactic, as you’ll get an overview of operations, similar companies (competitors), and a list of employees, including management.

Basic ($300/month)

Once you start forking out cash, you’ll be able to capitalize on some benefits: The Basic Plan’s main draw is receiving 200 monthly contact reveals and 2,000 monthly contact views. This plan also includes a Chrome Extension, which scrapes data from social media sites like LinkedIn.

The Basic Plan also offers the Intent Lite feature. This allows you to identify and track companies showing preliminary buying signals or researching solutions similar to your company.

For instance, if you manufacture biodegradable straws, the Intent Lite feature tracks web activities and search behavior related to eco-friendly and sustainable goods. While it’s a “light” version and typically includes fewer intent topics and less granular data about intent signals, it can still help prioritize outreach and narrow your prospects.

Professional ($1,495/month)

Crafted for sales, marketing, and HR teams, the Professional Plan includes up to 3 seats and allows you to extract up to 450 full contact details monthly. Just like the Basic plan, you can view up to 2,000 contacts per month.

The Professional Plan also allows you to integrate with select CRM and marketing apps, like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo. This integration lets you synchronize data between the platforms, providing dozens of new lead entries in your CRM with just a few clicks.

While you’ll get the same Intent Lite factors offered in the Basic Plan, the Professional Plan gives you access to its ZoomInfo’s Copilot AI. Deploy this tool to craft personalized emails based on your lead lists.

It also comes with an AI Dialer. Although not a true voice AI, this tool helps you organize your lead lists for optimal calling time by detecting time zones and automatically dials lead numbers with a simple button push.

Advanced (Contact Sales)

If you’re a larger company and are interested in ZoomInfo, the Advanced Version is most likely right up your alley. You’ll get a custom number of seats to accommodate your business development team. It also provides 10,000 yearly contact reveals, or around 830 per month.

The Advanced Plan also provides detailed company insights, such as organizational charts, funding information, and even reports written by the ZoomInfo research team. These insights can help pinpoint leads most likely interested in your product or service.

ZoomInfo lets you reap the full benefits of its intent feature. This enables you to search up to 12 intent topics, providing deeper insights into potential customers' research behaviors so you can pinpoint whether a particular company is actually keen to buy products.

The advanced version also offers a more robust set of automation features. For instance, it includes a pre-meeting brief tool that summarizes all the information contacts your organization has had with a lead. This can help you better connect with your lead during the meeting.

ZoomInfo’s pros and cons

Just like any other business's intelligent platform, ZoomInfo isn’t all rainbows and unicorns — there are indeed a few hang-ups you’ll need to be aware of. Let's look at its pros and cons:

Pros

  • Extensive database of leads: As we mentioned, ZoomInfo provides an enormous lead database, with over 600 million people and 100 million companies globally. With such vast numbers, you’re likely to convert a few leads you find in ZoomInfo to fully paying customers.
  • A few automated workflows in premium versions: Send out personalized emails to each contact you gather with minimal effort.
  • Customizable lists and intent gauges: These let you segment and organize contacts or companies based on specific criteria, making targeted marketing and sales efforts more productive. The intent gauge feature measures these segments' level of interest or buying signals, indicating how ready a prospect may be to engage or make a purchase. This combination simplifies, prioritizes, and tailors your outreach strategies, focusing resources on the most promising leads.

Cons

  • Limited AI features: If you're signing up for ZoomInfo expecting AI assistants for chatbots, scheduling, and voice features, you'll be disappointed. While pricier plans offer an email drafter and lead organization, ZoomInfo's strength is business intelligence.
  • Priced higher than competitors: The cheapest version is $300/month. While you’ll get 200 leads and their full contact details, this price might be too expensive for companies just starting out. Companies like Lindy and Lusha both offer more friendly pricing, starting at around $50/month.
  • Inaccurate info: Unfortunately, most business intelligence platforms can’t track when employees move from one company to another, which results in inaccurate lead data

The 4 best ZoomInfo alternatives in 2025

Read through the pros and cons and realize that Zoom might not suit your needs? No worries — we’ve collected a list of our 4 favorite ZoomInfo alternatives:

1. Lindy: AI-powered lead generation

Lindy is a no-code platform that lets you create AI agents for lead generation similar to ZoomInfo. You can integrate Lindy with People Data Labs to search its massive database of people and +71 million companies

Plus, it can automate other tasks in the process such as lead enrichment, outreach, follow-up, meeting scheduling, and organizing and sending data to your sales reps so they can close.

Best for:

  • Lead generation and enrichment: Build a Lindy to scrape lead data from websites, LinkedIn, databases, CSV files, and others. Command your Lindy to send this data, organized to your standards, in a spreadsheet or Airtable database.
  • Email lead outreach made easy: After you’ve compiled your leads and contact information, build an email responding Lindy to create personalized emails for each lead. You can even instruct your Lindy to respond to each lead to glean even more information.
  • Meeting assistant: Have a Lindy record your meeting (where it’s legal, of course), so you can get tips about improving delivery and an analysis of the call, so you know what to bring up during the next meeting.
  • Affordable pricing: Lindy is a ZoomInfo alternative with affordable pricing — you’ll only pay $49/month for a plan that lets you build AI agents for business intelligence tasks and beyond — we’re talking data-scrapers, chatbots, voice agents, and many others.

2. Seamless.AI

Seamless is an AI-powered sales software that’s tailored to help your sales team find, connect, and engage with potential customers, boosting productivity and increasing the chances of closing deals. It is designed to provide real-time search capabilities to access accurate and up-to-date contact information for over 1.3 billion business contacts and 121 million companies globally.

Best for:

  • Businesses looking for loads of leads: The platform boasts a bigger business intelligence database than ZoomInfo, with over 1.3 billion contacts and 121 million companies globally.
  • AI-powered lead generation: Seamless offers AI-driven tools that automate the lead generation process. It identifies potential leads based on the criteria that you define, such as industry, location, and job title. This allows you to build highly targeted lists of prospects quickly, streamlining the lead generation process.
  • À la carte features: Pick the features you add to your pricing plan which can save you money. For instance, you can elect to choose a data enrichment tool or buyer intent AI for an extra cost or just skip them for a lower price. Seamless is built for Fortune 500 companies, so expect a higher price, and you’ll need to contact them for pricing info.

3. Cognism

Cognism is a sales intelligence provider that offers a robust platform for B2B sales intelligence, enabling you to connect with decision-makers effectively through validated emails and phone-verified mobile numbers.

Best for:

  • Narrowing down leads: Cognism’s Prospector tool helps you generate high-quality leads by creating targeted lists. It utilizes dynamic filtering and search capabilities to identify and segment prospects based on specific criteria such as industry, company size, and technology use. This precision lets you build highly customized lists that are directly aligned with effective sales strategies.
  • Simple data enrichment: The Enrich feature offers list cleansing and data enrichment capabilities. By continuously updating and verifying contact and company information, Enrich ensures that your teams can access the most current data, and you’re getting through to leads, not sending emails that are bouncing.
  • Unique pricing: Cognism tailors its pricing plans to your company’s needs, so you can contact them to determine how much you’ll pay.

4. Lusha

Lusha is an affordable sales intelligence platform that provides tools and insights for effective prospecting and relationship building.

Best for:

  • No-frills business intelligence: Use Lusha’s database of over 100 million contacts to harvest only what you need, which is, in many cases, decision-maker emails and phone numbers.
  • Pay-as-you go credits: Need to gather more lead data? Lusha lets you purchase more credits to reveal more contact information, which can allow you to collect more leads at an affordable price.
  • Teams on a budget: While you’ll need to harvest data manually, the pricing plans are at a fraction of ZoomInfo’s costs. For instance, you can start using Lusha for only $49.90/month

Is ZoomInfo worth the price?

While ZoomInfo might be too expensive for smaller companies, it could be a great fit for others. Below, we’ve hashed out a few use cases that might be best served by adopting ZoomInfo and a few that might want to avoid the platform.

ZoomInfo is worth it for:

  • Companies building a lead generation database: ZoomInfo won’t offer a complete list of every person employed at a company, but it’s a great foundational tool to use alongside sources like LinkedIn. Since ZoomInfo provides email addresses, you’ll know each company's basic email pattern. Apply this to the names you find in other sources and enter them into your own database. Although some emails might bounce, you’ll still spread your outreach over a larger swatch of prospects, increasing the chances of success.
  • Headhunters, recruiters, and HR: Use ZoomInfo to discover company data like headcount and organizational structure as a way to craft your outreach tactics.

Not worth it for:

  • Small organizations on a budget: Obviously, ZoomInfo’s pricing is on the higher side, and it’s not a great choice for small organizations with a limited budget.
  • Companies wanting to quickly contact leads with automation features: ZoomInfo does provide a few functionalities for automating workflows, but they’re not very robust. Platforms like Lindy let you create agents to scrape lead info, organize it, and send it to a database. You can also build email assistants that send each lead a personalized message and offer to schedule a meeting. The assistant will then notify your sales agent of a meeting time when the lead follows up and any other information the lead provides.

Ultimately, the decision to select ZoomInfo comes down to whether its database has the right leads for your business. Unfortunately, business intelligence databases can be full of non-usable data

Yet, it can be used with other software to bolster lead-outreach accuracy. But with cheaper platforms that can be amplified with an AI agent builder like Lindy, it might be better to pass the service up altogether.

Lindy: More than business intelligence AI

Are you looking for a business intelligence tool that also offers customizable AI agents? Go with Lindy

Here are just a few of Lindy’s flagship features:

  • Create your own customized agents — without code: Lindy lets you create AI agents (called Lindies) using a visual, drag-and-drop interface. You can start with premade templates like the lead qualifier or lead outreacher, then later you can build your own from scratch.
  • Affordable pricing: When comparing ZoomInfo pricing to Lindy’s, you’ll find that Lindy’s most expensive tier costs the same as ZoomInfo’s cheapest. And you’ll get loads more AI features with Lindy than with a platform like ZoomInfo.
  • Loads of integrations: Lindy integrates with popular CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot. You can also integrate with Slack to notify your team that a lead has followed up, and you can connect to People Data Labs to scrape data about new prospects.

With integrations, you can build Lindies to take payments, scrape databases, and send your data to a nicely organized Airtable database for safekeeping.
